Shipping policy

We want to make sure your Feppy goodies arrive safely and quickly!

For customers in the United States:
- Orders Up to $35: Shipping is $5
- Orders $35 to $90: Shipping is $7
- Orders $90 to $150: Shipping is $8
- Orders $150 to $285: Shipping is $10
- Orders $285 to $380: Shipping is $15

We do our best to keep shipping costs low while making sure your bilingual fun arrives in perfect condition!

Feppy uses the United States Postal Service as its shipping carrier.

Subscription orders will be processed immediately and the first box will be shipped within the first week of orders placed. Deliveries may take between 4-10 business days to reach your home.

Renewal charges will take place monthly on/or before your personal Next Charge Date.

Please note: every customer has their own renewal date. Make sure you check your renewal date in your online account. 

Subsequently, boxes will be delivered between 4-10 business days after your successful renewal charges.

Feppy is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors

Feppy will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account.

Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel your monthly subscription any time after the first box is shipped. Please cancel by accessing your online account by 6:00 PM EST 5 days before your Next Charge Date, if you do not wish to receive next month’s box.
